Meet Our President

Kinday Toto is the founder and president of Ruach^TM Business Management Consulting, whose mission is to create and execute solutions by uncovering and addressing the root cause(s) of your organization’s challenge(s).  As founder and president, Ms. Toto manages strategic relationships and leads and oversees implementation efforts.  She creates an engagement culture that focuses on helping teams fulfill the organizational mission, vision, and value-driven goals.  She focuses on building growth efforts, executive planning, and provides strategic advice.  Ms. Toto oversees projects, directs and evaluates operations, and manages key performance indicators for the organizations she partners with.  She also establishes and measures overall organizational performance with the purpose of shaping long-term sustainability, and credible business practices.

Before founding Ruach^TM Business Management Consulting, Ms. Toto served as a consultant to a variety of organizations, helping them implement strategies by aligning programs with operational policies and processes.  She has over 15 years of progressive experience providing analyses, strategic planning, and program leadership to various organizations in the United States and Canada.  She has expertise in data analyses with a specific focus on information technology, human capital, and fleet management.  Ms. Toto has demonstrable experience in successfully leading organizations through transformational efforts to implement high-level initiatives in large and diverse organizations.  Her experience is layered across the private and public sectors as well as across industries.  She has worked with senior leaders and has helped them solve significant issues within their respective professional areas.  She has served as a technical expert and analyst to senior leaders on complex program issues.  With very strong research, critical thinking, problem-solving, and liaison skills, Ms. Toto leverages her outstanding communication skills, flexibility, and leadership abilities to deliver the maximum value for organizational buy-in and change.  Ms. Toto’s leadership skills are dynamic and have served as a competitive advantage by combining technical and interpersonal skills to deliver exceptional service, which she leverages in spearheading Ruach Business Management Consulting’s efforts on behalf of its valued customers.  Ms. Toto holds a bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineer from the University of Maryland, College Park; an Executive MBA from Loyola College in Maryland, a PMP certification from the Project Management Institute, and is a Certified Scrum Master from Scrum Alliance. She is also a change management professional certified in Prosci methodology and a modern classroom certified trainer.
