Kinday Toto is the founder and president of Ruach Business Management Consulting, a firm dedicated to helping organizations find and fix the root causes of their challenges. With over 15 years of experience, she helps companies across the United States and Canada achieve their goals by creating and executing effective solutions.
Kinday’ s expertise lies in strategic planning, program leadership, and data analysis, with a focus on information technology, human capital, and fleet management. She has a proven track record of leading large, diverse organizations through complex transformations and has worked with senior leaders in both the private and public sectors to solve significant business challenges.
As president, Kinday manages key relationships and leads implementation efforts, helping teams fulfill their mission and goals. She provides strategic advice on executive planning and growth, and she oversees projects while directing operations to ensure long-term sustainability and success.
Kinday holds a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from the University of Maryland, an Executive MBA from Loyola College in Maryland, and multiple professional certifications, including PMP, Certified Scrum Master, and Prosci change management. She uses her dynamic leadership, technical skills, and strong communication abilities to deliver exceptional results and drive organizational change for her clients.
