Kinday Toto is the founder and president of Ruach© Business Management Consulting, a woman-owned firm specializing in strategic consulting and project management excellence. With over 20 years of experience delivering measurable results across public and private sectors, Kinday brings exceptional expertise to every client engagement.
As a PMP and Certified Change Management Professional with an Executive MBA and Chemical Engineering degree, Kinday has successfully led complex technology implementations for federal agencies, including guiding USAID to achieve perfect “A” scores ten times on the congressional FITARA scorecard. Her specialized expertise in Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) deployments for scientific organizations demonstrates her unique ability to bridge technical vendors and scientific stakeholders.
